How long do the invitations take to print?

Every invitation is a little bit different. Most of the photo invitations take 7-10 business days after your digital proof is approved. We do have some photo invitations that are a little faster. Non-photo invitations and accessories without photos take 5-7 business days in production after your proof is approved. For more specific production times, please feel free to contact us with a specific product.

What is a digital proof? Can I get a printed sample before the full order is produced?

Because our products are printed on the highest quality presses in the market, we are not able to print just one invitation. When the invitations are sent "ganged" or grouped with several orders at a time. However, we do email a digital proof. Most digital proofs are sent in a .pdf format and can be viewed in Acrobat Reader. You are able to see the photo placement, layout, cropping, and text in the proof. Once you get the proofs, you get the options of approving, approving with changes, or requesting a second proof with the changes made. Be assured that we won't print your order until you are happy with your proof.

Do you send samples of any of your products?

Yes. We can send samples of most of our invitations. You can request up to 3 free samples by contacting us. Samples take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

How do you ship the orders?

We use both UPS and USPS for shipping. Most orders ship UPS. With both shipping services, we provide a tracking number that you can check in your order status. (If you checked out using our "Guest Checkout" option, you will be unable to track your package.)
